
Daniel Guerrero
Born in Bogota, Colombia, moved to Houston, Texas with his family at four, and has resided ever since. Since high school, Daniel has been driven by a desire to contribute positively to his community. In 2024, he discovered Homie Grown, a community garden that resonated with both his passion for plants and his commitment to community involvement. This experience exemplified for him his passion for helping his community; this sparked the idea for LNKD. Daniel now serves as the Nonprofit's CEO. In his free time, Daniel peruses his various hobbies, including punch needling, gardening, and gaming. Daniel has remained dedicated to finding ways to make a positive impact.

Ray Criswell
Ray Criswell is an artist, community servant, and co-founder of LNKD, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting and uplifting local communities. Originally from Dallas, TX, Ray moved to Houston in 2020, where his passion for community-building grew after he began attending the Homie Grown community garden. Over the course of a year, Ray connected with fellow garden members, and their conversations sparked a deep desire to give back and make a tangible impact. In 2025, Ray co-founded LNKD with three close friends, including his sister, to create positive change and foster stronger connections within their community. A lover of film and design, Ray believes creativity and collaboration are essential to driving social good.Ray is committed to empowering the people around him, knowing that the strength of any community lies in the support and unity of its members. When he’s not working with the nonprofit, Ray enjoys exploring the arts and continuing to grow and learn alongside his neighbors.

Sareyah Criswell
Sareyah is a Texas A&M Alumni with a Bachelors of Psychology and serves as the Chief Financial Offiecer for LNKD Community. She hails from Dallas Tx, but has called Houston home for the past 5 years. While living in Houston, she has come to enjoy the rich sense of community and comradery that the city has to offer. This, along with her collegiate and volunteer work helping children with disabilities and event planning, has inspired her to be a founding member of LNKD. Outside of helping her community, Sareyah enjoys spending time with her two lovely cats, watching anime and destroying the integrity of her room in pursuit of the perfect outfit of the day.
Meet Mycah, A born and raised Texan and 7 year Houstonian. They graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelors in Human Development and Family Studies. Along with being the Chief Operations Officer For LNKD Community, Mycah is an educator and designer by trade. Having taught literature at various levels, they have seen first hand the importance of a sound education. This fuels their passion to continue to educate and inform their community on the topics that most affect them. In their free time, Mycah loves a great romance or afro-futurism novel, a good cup of coffee, and continuing to talk trash about the fruitless pursuit of finishing One Piece.
